We will process the payment at the time of your reservation due to the prepayment nature. The billing date varies depending on each credit card company.
商品の引渡時期（Delivery time of the product）
商品の特性上、商品発送はありません。施術および衣装の返却をもって引き渡しとなります。
なお、撮影プランをお申し込みの場合、原則として実施後7日間以内に撮影データをオンラインでお渡しします。
Due to the nature of the product, there is no product shipment. Delivery will be considered complete upon the treatment and the return of costumes.
In the case of a photography plan application, the photography data will be provided online within approximately 7 days after the implementation, as a general rule.
交換および返品（Exchange and Return）
商品の特性上、原則として返品及び返金は承っておりません。
ただし、弊社の都合や自然災害等で中止となり、お客様と相談の上で代替の日程が決まらない場合は全額返金いたします。
Due to the nature of the product, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.
However, in the event of cancellation due to our company's circumstances or natural disasters, and if an alternative date cannot be agreed upon with the customer, a full refund will be issued.
申込み期間の制限（Application period limitation）
商品の特性上、ご予約は実施日の60日前から7日前までの受付となります。
Due to the nature of the product, reservations are accepted for the implementation date from 90 days prior to 1 days before.
